Jay-J’s Happy Music gives a nod to the sound that helped to define the early rave scene.
Highly affected vocals wash over a menagerie of chords and synth textures in the “Original Mix”, the “Stripped Mix” takes things deeper and more minimal without losing any energy and the “Shifted Up Mix” plays right in that middle ground between the other two mixes, not quite up, not quite down, yet suitable for any dance floor, whether it’s the big room or the deeper side of things.
